How to Submit Item to THQ
To submit items to THQ, the following conditions must be met:
• Logged in user must have the ‘Can Submit to THQ’ permission
• Agenda item must be in a status of:
• Recommend Approval to THQ
• Approved at DHQ
• Approved w/ Modifications at DHQ
If these conditions are met, the user will see the ‘Submit to THQ’ button in the Status area of the agenda item.
If the ‘Submit to THQ’ button is not appearing, double-check that the above conditions are met.
Upon click of the ‘Submit to THQ’ button, the status of the item will be updated to ‘Submitted to THQ’ and the item will be assigned to the appropriate THQ department based on THQ routing rules.
Note that agenda items are never automatically submitted to THQ. A user must click the ‘Submit to THQ’ button.
