The May Top Safety newsletter reminds us to be aware of our surroundings (both physically and individuals). Food Safety and Allergies needs to be a concern for all of us. We need to know if someone around is are allergic to nuts or shellfish. Many of us share family recipes and goodies throughout the year and none of us want to unknowingly place coworkers in danger. This same courtesy needs to be present in our Corps potlucks and other gatherings.
Were also reminded in the May Top Safety newsletter the need to keep our work environment and homes free of mold. Did you know that it only takes 72 hours for mold to start growing in a damp area? As you see moisture accumulation in area’s, ask yourself what you can do to dry out the area quickly. We pray that you stay safe and do your part to provide safe surroundings. “See something, say something”. It’s all our responsibility!
