HP Printer Toner
Each department can now place their order directly with our HP toner reseller - we have been buying toner from Vision Business supply for over 20 years. They are one of our resellers that are registered on our HP Big Deal and provide excellent prices and customer service.
You can place your orders via email, phone or their portal. Invoices will be emailed, so please include an email address for billing when you place your orders. If you prefer, invoices can be emailed directly to AP workflow.
Feel free to designate one person in your department to coordinate orders to stay consistent with a monthly order and one consolidated invoice.
Each department can work directly with our rep, Charlene Gorman firstname.lastname@example.org, on which email address you'd like to receive the invoices.
Please be sure to use only authentic HP brand toner cartridges for HP printers.

IT will help replace any toner cartridges regardless of the brand as long as the department orders it.
Recycling: Please remember that toner cartridges can (and should) be recycled. The cardboard box the toner comes in is the box the empty needs to go back in. Therefore, please open it carefully so has not to destroy the box. Please read and follow the printed directions on the side of the box. Let’s be good stewards of the planet.
