How to find your tasks in AgilePoint Work Center
There are some applications in AgilePoint that require of your approval like CARE. Those approval requests come in the form of emails. The problem is that sometimes you delete the emails, or the emails go to your Clutter folder in Outlook. Remember that you have the option to go directly to AgilePoint to find all the items that need your approval.
To find your tasks in AgilePoint, do the following:
1. Go to TSA Homepage at https://home.usawest.org.
2. Select AgilePoint.
3. Make sure that you are in Work Center.
4. Select Inbox.
5. Select My Tasks, and you will see tasks that require your attention.
If you never received the emails in your Inbox, they are probably in your Clutter folder. To move your tasks emails from Clutter to Inbox, do the following:
1. In Outlook, select Clutter.
2. Find your emails.
3..Drag your emails from Clutter to Inbox.
Note: New emails will now go to your Inbox.
