Exempt employees don't have to clock in or out everyday, but they still need to submit a time-sheet at the end of the week in UltiPro Time and Attendance (UTA). The time-sheet needs to include the days employees were present and the necessary changes for the day(s) absent.
Perform the following each day or at the end of your work week to record your time:
1. Select My TS tab to open your time-sheet.
2. Make sure that you are in the appropriate week, place a check mark on the days that you were present, and press Save.
3. Update the appropriate time entries for the days that you were absent by pressing the Calendar edit icon, and selecting a time code such as SICK for a sick day.
4. Remember to save the changes by selecting Save.
