If someone needs to adjust a dollar amount in a meeting and can’t, remind them that they need to unfinalize the meeting first. If they are not able to do this, either an IT Support Supervisor or the Corps Officer can do this for them.
The only ‘gotcha’ is that they can’t do this for meetings that are older than 60 or 90 days unless the box in the Framework Security Manager is checked to unfinalize all meetings. This is also where the box is to give a user permission to unfinalize a meeting, which requires the Corps Officer's authorization.
When the meeting is unfinalized, the user can make adjustments by clicking on the Meetings button and then using the wizard to select the unfinalized meeting.
