Property Requisition Form
The Property Requisition form is utilized is some divisions for minor repairs and remodeling projects to be funded with local funds. If the Property Requisition form is not utilized in your division, a letter is required to describe the proposed project. The following information is required to be captured in this letter:
- Minutes on the Corps Council and Advisory Board recommending the concept.
- 2 bids for the proposed work.
- Complete description of the proposed work.
- Funding source for the payment.
- Cover letter detailing the attachments.
