The Corps officer in charge of the project is responsible for processing documents between pertinent parties (e.g., Relator, Contractor, Vendor, DHQ).
Once authorized to contact DHQ, the Corps officer may not make direct communication with THQ.
Vendors and other parties are required to only contact the Corps officer and not make contact with DHQ and THQ.
Escrow documents, wiring instructions for purchase, the recorded deed, and the final documents are required to be sent to the following address:

Documents are not to be signed locally by the Corps officer. An officer of the Corporation at THQ is authorized to sign the contracts on behalf of the Salvation Army, a California Corporation.
Note: A signature by the Corps Officer may result in documents being returned to DHQ from THQ without consideration of processing.
