To reactivate a user or reset a user password, perform the following:
- While logged into the Salvation Army Clinics account, select the desired user.
- Expand the Manage Customer User box.
- Select View Customer User.
- Select Edit.
- On the right-hand side, select one of the following options:
- To reactivate the user, select Active.
- To reset the user's password, select Generate newpassword and notify user immediately.
- Select Save.
