Change Order Processing
If a change order is issued by the Contractor, the change order cannot be signed and verbal approval cannot have been given to the local unit.
The change order is required to go to DHQ.
Note: DHQ submits the change order to THQ.
Note: Electronically transmitted documents may be necessary to maintain the construction schedule.
Note: If local signatures are on the change order without DHQ approval, the local unit is responsible for locally held funds.
