The Help Center is designed to provide you with a complete self-service support option. You can use the articles in the knowledge base to find a solution for your questions or issues. If you cannot find your answers, then you can submit a request to an agent that will be assigned to find a solution for you.
The Help Center includes many departments. At the moment you will find IT, Kroc, and PurchaseWest that provide you with information and support. More departments will be added in the future.
Access the Help Center through the https://home.usawest.org page and select HelpCenter.
When asked to enter your credentials, enter your email (email@example.com ) and your computer login password.
If you want to go back to the home screen or main screen, click on the Help Center text or Help Center logo.
Searching for help (Search Bar)
One of the main functions of the Help Center is to provide you with an easy way to search for articles. To start a search just click the search bar where it says “I need help with…” and type your question or phrase about your issue. If a match exists, you will see a list of articles. Open the article by clicking the link.
Voting and Comments
Help Center allows you to vote and to create comments on articles. Once you open an article, browse to the bottom of the article, and you will see the option to like or dislike. You can create comments and read comments by other users. Your input will help improve our articles.
Submit a request
You can submit requests to any of the departments listed in Help Center. Depending on the department’s service request the options will change.
A. Click Submit a Request at the top of the page.
B. A Submit form will open, fill in all the fields:
a. Department (required)
b. CC (Courtesy Copy - Optional)
Note: Any person added to this section will be included in all the email notifications.
c. Subject (required)
d. Description (required)
f. Type of computer
Note: For better service, be very descriptive about your service request.
You can browse for help from the specific departments by selecting the department’s box. You will only see specific information about the selected department. Each department is unique in the resources and information it provides to users.
Timely articles will be found under Promoted articles.
There are links at the bottom of Help Center that will redirect you to some of our important sites like Yammer, Intranet, and others.
Profile displays the name of the user logged into the Help Center. If you click on your profile, it will display a link to My Activities and an option to sign out.
