Reminders are a tool that may be utilized to remind staff members to follow-up with clients on action-items.
Note: Reminders are a valuable tool to help staff members obtain uniformity and consistency with client service, enforcement of location policies, and adherence to social service provisions.
- To access Reminders, perform the following:
- Select the Tools drop-down menu.
- Select Reminders.
Note: When you successful launch reminders, a window populates that contains all current reminders.
Note: Reminders that are overdue are displayed in red.
Note: Reminders that are due on the current date are displayed in blue.
Note: Reminders that are due after the current date are displayed in black.
- To sort reminders, utilize the available drop-down menus, open fields, and radio buttons.
