Outcome reports are utilized to track client progress of assigned outcomes. Many locations utilize this feature to track client outcomes that dictate funding. To run an outcome report, perform the following:
- Select Tools.
- Select Reports.
- When the Reporting Module window populates, perform the following:
- Select Outcome Reports from the Category drop-down menu.
- Select the desired outcome report from the options available in the Reports field.
Note: In the example provided, a Outcome Detail by Assignment Date report is being run.
Note: An Outcome Detail report indicates how well clients within the designated populate are achieving assigned outcomes (e.g., Achieved, Not Achieved, Pending).
Note: The report about is tracking an "achieves 30 days sobriety" outcome. There is a great deal of flexibility when running outcome reports and they can be customized to meet the needs of your location.
