When a contract is assigned to a client it may not be unassigned. If a client leaves your facility or is no longer eligible for a contract, they are marked inactive.
- To assign a contract to a client, perform the following:
- Select Add.
- When the following window populates, update the following fields:
- Contract drop-down menu.
- Start Date field.
- End Date field.
- Select Save.
- To active an inactive contract for a client, perform the following:
- Select the inactive contract.
- Select Edit.
- Mark to contract active.
