Sending a Record Locator to Another Employee
To send a Record Locator to another employee, perform the following:
- Navigate to https://purchasewest.com/.
- Enter the appropriate credentials to log in.
- Select the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Select Import Cart From Record Locator.
- Enter the Record Locator Key in the Shared Key field.
- Select OK.
Note: The items will be loaded into their cart.
- Continue submitting requests as necessary.
- To manage your record locator keys, perform the following:
- Select your name at the top of the screen.
- Select the Record Locators tab.
- To delete an item, select the corresponding trash can icon.
- To edit an item, select the corresponding pencil icon.
Note: Only Record Locators submitted under your name will be visible. Record locators submitted under a project or with other shared log in information will not be visible under your name.
- For additional assistance, select the Chat now icon.
