The Relationships tab may be utilized to reference what interested parties are associated with a client. To add an interested party to a client, perform the following:
Note: Interested Parties must be configured for your location by an administrator prior to them being assigned.
- When the following window populated, select Add.
- Update the following fields:
- Date Activated.
- Interested Party.
- Relationship Type.
- Select Save.
Note: Data from the Relationships tab may also be viewed by generating an Interested Party Report.
