Others may come with pre-configured Event, Outcome, and Outcome templates. Each of these items may be configured to match the needs of your location; however, consider the following prior to updating these items:
- Review the types of assistance listed in your current services software application.
- Notate the types of assistance no longer offered at your location.
- Notate the types of assistance you would like to have added at your location.
- Notate the default values in Others you would like to have updated.
- Determine the distinct interview types you would like at your location.
- Specify what types of assistance correlate to each interview.
- If applicable, determine what types of reminders correlate to each interview.
- Determine what types of outcomes you would like for clients at your location.
