NumberNameDescription/Direction 3 Gl Code Assignment Enter in the Distribution or GL Code Assignment. 4 ADD GL Code Select to add one or more multiple GLDistributions. Note: Type ahead feature helps narrow the options to see what is available. Note: A dollar amount is required for each line. 5 Government Check this box if hard copies or backup copies are required by the government auditors. 6 Comments Use to add a comment. 7 Set to Query Use to send back to the Unit level for further information. 8 Submit for DHQ Review Use for coding and completeness. Note: This is the last step before Ready to Post. 9 Submit for Financial Approval Covered by known current internal procedures, as necessary. Note: Supervisor or DFD will know the internal procedure. 10 Bypass to Archive Use this when you arerquired to use Shelby tools or additional issues arise preventing use of Workflow.
