- If a user is receiving an error messages when attempting to run a SterlingBackCheck training course in Lotus Notes, perform the following:
- Launch the provided course within Lotus Notes.
- When Lotus Notes automatically launches the web browser, copy the URL.
- Open Internet Explorer or Google Chrome and paste the URL into the browser.
