You can schedule Skype for Business meetings with others even if they don't have Skype for Business. Skype for Business meetings allows you to share video, audio, screens and chats with a group. Before scheduling meetings make sure that you sign-in to Skype for Business. These are the steps for scheduling Skype for Business meetings on a Mac computer:
1. Go to your calendar.
2. Select Meetings.
3. Once the meeting opens, select Online Meetings -> Add Online Meeting.
4. Fill out the fields as you would for a standard meeting (To, Subject, Date, Time, etc.).
Note: You can add more information to the body of the meeting. Also, you can make changes to the meeting settings by selecting Online Meetings again, and choosing Set Access Permissions. One of the changes that you can make are selecting who is the presenter.
5. Click Send.
