You can schedule Skype for Business meetings with others even if they don't have Skype for Business. Skype for Business meetings allows you to share video, audio, screens and chats with a group. Before scheduling meetings make sure that you sign-in to Skype for Business. These are the steps for scheduling Skype for Business meetings on a Windows computer:
1. Go to your calendar.
2. Select New Skype Meeting.
3. Fill out the fields as you would for a standard Outlook meeting (To, Subject, Date, Time, etc.).
Note: You can add more information to the instructions area. Also, you can make changes to the meeting settings by selecting Meeting Options button. One of the changes that you can make are selecting who is the presenter.
4. Click Send.
