Mac - Accessing The SA App Store
On all Managed Mac computers there is an Icon for The SA App Store. This is a link system for accessing a file share where Applications and Tools available for the Mac computers exists.
There are three ways to access The SA App Store; On some Mac computers you will see the icon in the dock (fig 1), or you can access through the Launchpad (Fig 2), or you can simply go to the applications folder (fig 3).

Once you access The SA App Store you are Presented with three options to choose from; Applications, Tools, or Exit (fig 4). Once you make your selection you are Presented with either window (Tools, or Applications) or the App store exits.

If you choose Applications (fig 5) then you will see the listing of currently available applications for your Mac computer. You have two options, you can either double click which will start the install, this process can take a little while as you will be installing across the network, you can also drag and drop the installer package to your desktop or downloads folder and once it is done downloading you can install the package. The Tools tab (fig 6) will present you with some common tools that you can use, or with a support technicians’ assistance, they can use the tools to help you as well.
