The Stewardship Giver Letter allows you to configure and generate a letter to be mailed to all givers for a specified date range. This letter is usually created at the end of the year and mailed to givers for tax purposes. To print the Stewardship Giver Letter, do the following:
1. Go to View Reports.
2. Select Stewardship Giver Letter report.
3. Select your dates and funds.
4. Click View Report or Email Report.
5. Configure your letter.
Are you using the letter head?
Do you want to include the word Dear before the name?
Do you want to include a space for the signature?
Type your introduction text.
Type your closing text.
Create your signature line.
6. Click View Report.
7. Review your report.
8. Click Print icon.
Note: Stewardship Giver History report will generate a similar report.
