Turbo Stats Integration
“It seems like all of our corps and women’s ministries statistics could come from data entered into the Corps Management software. Is there an easy way to get this data into Turbo Stats?”
Absolutely! With our latest release, the corps and women’s ministries forms will give you the option of importing Corps Management stats data directly into Turbo Stats. The following slides show you how the process works.
1. Use Corps Management to track stats
By doing your data entry correctly, you can get your complete NSS report generated for you automatically.
For stats you need to focus on meetings and group membership.
Each meeting type and membership group is connected to a NSS line. Keeping these up to date is very important.

2. Generate and double check your NSS report
We use the data from your NSS report in Corps Management to populate Turbo Stats. For the first few reporting periods, review your NSS report for accuracy. Once your are comfortable with the data coming out of Corps Management, you can skip this step.
3. Open the Corps Form in Turbo Stats
If you have data in Corps Management, launching the corps form or the Women’s Ministries form will automatically launch the import wizard.
4. Review and import data from Corps Management
Make sure your data looks right and check the boxes for each data line you want to import. You don’t have to import all data lines.
It is important to note that you can’t import new data if data already exists for that line. Lines where data already exists show up in dark grey.
5. Review imported data
The newly imported data will show up in blue, allowing you one more chance to check the numbers for accuracy.
From here, you can enter any data not tracked in Corps Management and then validate and save your data as you normally do.
And that’s it! We hope you find this new feature to be helpful and time saving. As always, feel free to contact the service desk with any questions about this software.
As we move to this new integration most of you will have group membership numbers that don’t match between the two software systems. To fix this, we do a one time automatic adjustment to get the numbers in synch.
These “auto adjust” numbers will show up in orange, and will overwrite any adds and removes for the current month.
