If you have a Lotus Notes contact group that you would like to re-create in Outlook, do the following:
In Lotus Notes, select the group and then click on the Send button.
This generates an email message. Enter your outlook email address and press Send. You will receive a message in your Outlook inbox (see below). Open the message so it is available for creating the Outlook Contact Group.
In Outlook, click on People (Office 2013) or the two person icon (Office 2016).
From the Outlook ribbon at the top of Outlook, select New Contact Group.
Create the group name.
Now let’s add members to the group. Click on the Add Members icon. This opens an additional window. Select From Outlook Contacts.
Highlight the names from the list that you emailed to yourself, and press the CTRL + C keys to copy.
At the bottom of the window to add members, is a large white field to the right of members - >.
Right click in the cell and select paste or type CTRL + V.
Select OK and then click Save & Close.
You have now re-created a Lotus Notes Contact Group in your Outlook client.
