How to Record Stewardship
First, from the main launch screen, click the “Meeting List” button.
Next, double click on the row of the meeting for which you want to enter stewardship.
Entering stewardship becomes much easier if you take attendance first. That way if we know that a person is linked to a giver, we can automatically show that giver in the stewardship grid.
When ready, click the “View / Record Stewardship” button.
Enter the total amount collected and then click the “Next” button.
Enter the amount of anonymous cash collected by fund and then click the Next button.
Pick the funds you want to use for this stewardship entry and click Next.
You can choose to do data entry one gift at a time, or you can choose to do the data entry in a grid.
The grid data entry only works if:
1. You entered attendance
2. Your attendees are connected to givers
The gifts in the grid can pre-populate based on prior gifts for that same giver.
This is the grid entry view. Again, you only can use this grid if you take attendance.
This is the individual gift view. You select a giver and enter gifts one at a time until the meeting is complete
When you are done recording stewardship, you can “Finalize the Meeting”
After you’re done entering stewardship, you can print your report using the circled link on the top right corner of the screen.
You can see a summary of stewardship by meeting on the meeting list screen.
