Now you can maintain and correct your own contact information using the new AgilePoint app “Directory Update.” Once you submit your changes it will send you a confirmation message, listing your old and new settings, along with a reminder that UltiPro is not auto updated, and if you are an officer, you should forward any changes to your division/command Divisional Commander’s office (per Army policy).
Follow these steps to update your contact information,
1. Go to https://home.usawest.org, and select AgilePoint tile.
2. Select Directory Update.
3. A screen with all your directory information will open, and you will be able to make changes to some of the fields.
Note: Some of the fields that you can update are:
- Street address
- Office phone
- Office phone extension
- Office fax
- Mobile phone
4. Review all your information, and click Submit.
Note: Your changes will be submitted, and you will receive an email with your old information and the new information.
