CARE - Personal Expense
Submitting a Personal Expense.
Go to the Western Territory home page at https://home.usawest.org in your Chrome browser.
When AgilePoint loads, click on Work Center.
Select My Applications.
Select Submit an Expense tile.
Attach a receipt by clicking the Receipt / Attachment field.
Select Personal Expense for the type of expense.
Enter the following information,
Transaction Date .
The computer will calculate the Expense Total.
Make sure your information is correct including Spender Department and Approver Department. These two section can not be the same.
You will receive a confirmation screen.
Note: Use Google Chrome browser to run CARE for Windows and Mac Computers.
